Lady Gaga to Start Clothing Line With Little Sister?

Celebrities of all sorts are known for starting lines. It was only a matter of time before we heard the news of the fashion freak herself starting one. Or so I hear.

According to Grazia, Lady Gaga will be teaming up with little sis Natali Germanotta (aka Baby Gaga), who is a fashion designer self. WWD reported last week that she is up for a gig designing costumes for an Off-Broadway production.

Grazia says the line will be “relatively normal and wearable.” And by Gaga standards that means “reworking styles of classic icons from the past” with a twist, it may include a Marilyn Monroe-inspired white dress done up in rubber!

If the rumors are true, get ready for a monstrosity of a clothing line...in a good way!

The Monster At Barney's

At this rate, I'm just ready to move to New York and keep a place in the UK. They're the only places I actually care about being right now (besides Italy). New Yorker's already will have a magical Christmas just being in the city, enjoying the ballet, Radio City and everything else the big apple has to offer.

This year, the well-known retailer Barney's will be collaborating with Lady Gaga as well as [Nicola Formichetti and Eli Sudbrack and Christophe Hamaide Pierson, the artists behind Assume Vivid Astro Focus, to interpret Santa’s traditional workshop through the eyes of Gaga]. In November, the magic will begin, devoting Barney's display windows, the website and the entire floor of the Madison Garden Avenue flagship to match to a very merry Gaga. The best part is that Barney's will be selling limited edition items designed by Formichetti (on behalf of Gaga).

“Partnering with her in this unprecedented collaborative way to create the largest and most all-encompassing holiday theme that Barneys has ever mounted is a thrill. As a New York City landmark, we wanted to celebrate Lady Gaga as a fellow New Yorker and amazing talent.”-Mark Lee, CEO of Barney's.

Did I forget to mention that 25% of the workshop's proceeds are going to a charity of Gaga's choice? Well, Mother Monster, you never cease to amaze me. I can't wait to see what some of my fellow bloggers think of the Gaga Winter Wonderland. If I'm lucky, I can take a trip there myself!

A Girl Named Elle

I love Elle. If I could work for any magazine, it would be her (or Nylon). In my daily prowl for fashion news and things that are dope, I always visit Elle.com.  Today, I found a goldmine. So I'm posting two of my favorite things from there today.
Gaga & Gaultier Documentary on the CW Coming this September!
Any fab fixator or fashion head hears Gaultier and Gaga and their interest is automatically peaked. So if you're like me, on September 13th, you'll be tuning in to the CW to see the two of them basically just dish and do all sorts of fabulous things that people like them would do in each other's company. It will be an hour long and I know that this will be on a lot of monster's DVRS!

Skyscraper
Anyone who knows me know that my favorite Disney star has always been Raven Symone, followed by Hilary Duff. I grew up in the 'Cheetah Girls' era. I've never been into Hannah Montana. At all. Nor have I ever like Wizard's of Waverly Place or Selena Gomez. However, when Camp Rock debuted in 2008, I discovered a new Disney girl who I really liked.

I've always been a Demi fan. Seeing this editorial in ELLE and reading the article (read here) made me so happy. I've been keeping up with her interviews and such lately and I bought her new single 'Skyscraper' on iTunes (and you guys should, too). Demi is talented and not only that, she's a strong and beautiful individual, inside and out. So I had to share these photos with you guys, just on GP.
