Here, you basically have your night-life dress, great heels with a pop of color that isn't TOO shocking, a spiked bracelet to give it some edge to match those statement shoulders on the dress...and a panda clutch for a surprise factor. It's fun, but it still goes with the look! I would do a smokey eye with this outfit and a soft lip, nothing too bold or bright because the rest of the outfit is so in your face! ;)
